Trying to grow? Let's look at what's getting in the way.
I help established businesses solve growth problems using a mix of strategy, marketing, AI and technology.

What this can look like
Choose your world. See the questions we might start with.
Good ideas lose value when the team has no shared plan, or can't get them into market quickly enough.
Questions we might explore
What this could lead to
Depending on what we find, one or two of these, or something else entirely.
The first step is finding out which of these actually matters.
Where this has already been useful
Businesses we have helped, and how.
Not case studies with neat numbers. Just the honest version of what the work was.

What was happening
A fintech platform with real traction, but growth depended heavily on founder-led sales and fragmented marketing.
What we worked on
Digital marketing, SEO, the website, proposals, sales development and institutional communication, increasingly including the systems behind them.

Working with Leanne and the Eezipay team.
What it taught us
The work moved across brand, demand, sales systems, the website, CRM and AI as the business and its bottlenecks changed.

What was happening
A major shift in the business model called for a more consistent way to reach the market.
What we worked on
Research, SEO, paid acquisition and the foundations of a more deliberate digital marketing system.

Working with Thys and the Kastelo team.
What it taught us
Search and customer intent became a way to make better growth decisions, not just "doing SEO".

What was happening
Client relationships, newsletters, sales communication and the website were spread across disconnected tools.
What we worked on
Rolled out the full ClickJet suite: CRM, newsletters, an AI-built website and joined-up sales communication.

Working with Watze and the AAA Travel team.
What it taught us
Disconnected tools were the real issue, so the answer was one joined-up system rather than more marketing.

What was happening
A very large healthcare vision with no clear first product.
What we worked on
Researched the real problems patients and doctors were facing, then built a personal health app with voice check-ins and plain-language explanations of test results.

Building Goldyn with Nic.
What it taught us
A huge vision became a smaller product that solves a real problem now, while keeping tomorrow open.

What was happening
Demand was outpacing the team's ability to deliver.
What we worked on
Helped source and evaluate additional development capability and shape a more flexible resourcing model.

Working with Gareth and the DealersOnline team.
What it taught us
What looked like a need for more developers became a question about where technical capacity and judgement were really constrained.
How I work
I don't start by selling you a solution.
I start by asking what you're trying to achieve, what's making it difficult, and what you've already tried.
Then we work out the smallest useful thing to test or build.
What we can build
Which one we use depends on the problem.
