Journeys

Real people. Real progress.

Every venture is different. The pattern — clarify, focus, build, grow — is the same. Here are some of the people we work with, and what we're building together.

We work with established businesses, early-stage startups, and our own ventures. The pattern is the same — clarify, focus, build, grow.

Featured journey

Building a scalable fintech platform for schools and institutions.

Leanne, Eezipay

Leanne

Eezipay

Shape of work

Embedded growth partner — agency-style execution + strategy

Where she was

Leanne had built real traction in a difficult market — but growth was tied to her own energy. Sales were founder-led. Marketing was fragmented. The team was strong, but the engine wasn't yet a system.

What we do together

We work alongside the team across the full growth surface — digital marketing, SEO, social, design, website, proposals, sales development, pitches, and ongoing strategic input. Less a vendor, more an extension of the team.

Where she is now

Eezipay now has a clearer story, a more deliberate funnel, and a roadmap for scaling beyond founder-led growth — without losing the trust the brand was built on.

Thys

Kastelo

Building a tech-enabled GTM engine for a shifting financial-services business.

Shape of work

GTM build — research, SEO system, paid acquisition, marketing ops

Where they were

After a major shift in their business model, Kastelo needed a clearer and more consistent way to reach the market.

What we do together

Working with the CTO/CMO to develop their marketing and tech-enabled marketing approach: industry research, an SEO system, Google Ads, and the foundations of a new GTM engine.

Where they are

The team has a structured way to acquire and convert — less reactive, more deliberate, and easier to improve over time.

Gareth

DealersOnline

Unblocking a development bottleneck with a hybrid hiring approach.

Shape of work

Embedded operator — hiring, ops, and management support

Where they were

Demand was outpacing what the team could deliver. Growth was throttled by capacity, not opportunity.

What we do together

Sourcing candidates on Upwork, running interviews with Gareth, helping evaluate fit, reporting back to management, and meeting regularly to work through the bottleneck and shape the way forward.

Where they are

Delivery is no longer the bottleneck. The business can take on the work it's been turning away.

Jono

AI Platform

Taking a powerful AI product from engineering achievement to market-ready platform.

Shape of work

Product → market — refinement, positioning, GTM readiness

Where they were

The technology was impressive. The product was real. But it wasn't yet packaged or positioned to sell.

What we do together

Refining the software so it's ready to go to market — sharpening the use case, tightening the positioning, and preparing it for real-world deployment.

Where they are

What was an engineering achievement is becoming a product with a market — clear, sellable, and ready to grow.

Nic

LifeData

Finding the smallest first thing worth building in a big healthtech vision.

Shape of work

Research → prototype → validation

Where they were

The vision was broad and ambitious. The challenge was finding the smallest first thing worth building.

What we do together

Built a prototype and a product-discovery plan he can use to interview doctors directly — turning a wide vision into a focused wedge with real signal from the market.

Where they are

The vision has a starting line. The work is concrete, the priorities are clear, and momentum is building.

Eoin

8Square Growth

Defining a productisable growth offer for the Irish market.

Shape of work

Offer design — pitches, prototypes, productisation

Where they were

The opportunity was clear, but it needed to be translated into something practical that businesses could actually adopt.

What we do together

Working with Eoin to create real client pitches, build prototypes, and define what can realistically be offered and productised in the Irish market — turning a strong instinct into a sellable shape.

Where they are

Clients have visibility they didn't have before, and a way of working that compounds over time.

ClickJet

Our own experiment

Testing how AI-enabled automation can reshape inbound for local service businesses.

Shape of work

Live experiment — our own product in the SA market

Where they were

Local service businesses in South Africa are losing leads to slow follow-up and patchy systems — and most platforms are built for somewhere else.

What we do together

We're running ClickJet ourselves in the local market — Google Ads, an AI chatbot, contact capture, lead follow-up, and reporting — to learn first-hand what actually works for service businesses here.

Where they are

Everything we learn flows back into how we help others build inbound systems that fit their real context.

The pattern

What ties these together.

Different situations. Same pattern.

Clarity replaces confusion

A real diagnosis replaces a vague sense that something's off — and decisions get easier.

Focus replaces overwhelm

The list of things to do gets shorter. The few that matter get done well.

Systems replace guesswork

Repeatable structure replaces heroics. Progress becomes visible and shared.
